%owned shouldn't really be a criteria IMO. Projected points are more important.

But yeah, bullshit trade. I'm vetoing it.

I voted against that rjt/Archie trade yesterday just to be an ass and because I could... but what does the % owned thing mean? That's how many leagues have that guy playing in it?

That means throughout the millions of leagues, that is the percentage owned of a certain player. I think it incorporates the value of that player to a certain degree.

or sometimes it can show market inequality within a large pool or more square, slighter dumber players.

I would think sometimes a team that gets off to a bad start due to injuries and star players having down years have to hope they can land an under-rated talent that starts to put up monster numbers.

as I see you are starting a slightly injured player that is 24% owned and 4% started

and Torrey Smith is as of now 59% own 21% started

Depends on the number of 10-team leagues vs 12. Borderline players don't get picked in 10-team leagues, but it certainly doesn't mean that their value is x times lower than the guy who's 99% owned.

Projected points are where it's at. They take into account your league's specific scoring settings.
