Having a blast.... moving to the Dunn Inn today..... last 2 days in Costa Rica.

That was about 25 miles off the shore of Costa Rica in the Pacific..... loving it down here.

What do you do with them? Do you guys get to keep them and eat them?

Yellow fin. Our guide cut it up and we ate sashimi on the boat, half an hour after the catch. So good.

We took the rest to the resorts restaurant and the head chef there got creative with it. Created ceviche, scarpina, and multiple other dishes with it for our dinner. I was very impressed.

We decided on deepsea fishing instead of going after Marlin. I guess season-wise we made the right decision..
