Good idea.

Nick Cage's acting, to me, is the equivalent of matchstick men jokes.

spread it out over a week or so...give it time...i thought by ep. 5 or so that i knew what was probably going on and then the entire thing shifted...then shifted again around ep. 7 ...then again at ep.11 and now the end of ep 13 opens shit wide open again... its been a while since i couldnt wait to see the next ep. of a show.

this could very well be due to not much good tv on right now too...:dunno:

Do you absolutely need to watch TV?

:fok: I thought I read a positive review from you too a while back.

No. I'm like you. I didn't find it bad but it just wasn't grabbing me. Plus it was on on a very busy TV night for me so it slipped to the bottom of the priorities pile and I didn't care enough to keep taping and following it.

I have thought about catching up on it now or at least trying another few episodes but haven't gotten around to it. Don't know if I ever will.

Ruh roh.

Matty, Muddy, Ray....read this when you have a few minutes.

Yeah.

Fokken networks should have the writers prepare the whole story arc in advance, complete with a set number of seasons, to avoid such ridiculous situations. This story was not meant to go beyond one season.

When they ran out of ways to bore us with the seedy fiance's making her feel guilty about not moving, they dragged her degenerate ex-husband into the mix. Could he be a suspect? Nahhhhh. There was no reason for him to be on the show, either. I think they were trying to humanize Linden, which was obviously hard because you can't humanize a "strong" female character when she's dressing like a lumberjack.

:lmao:

haha..yeah i saw that bread... just another guy who is pissed that the story didnt end in one season... i assumed they would end it as well and do something else next season...maybe they are just going to mind fuck everyone and start something new anyways...or that was it and it wont be back. go ahead and watch it, matty... there are plenty of twists and turns that kept me wanting to watch the next episode...

matty, to answer your question, for some reason, i do need to watch certain tv shows... i dont know if its just my way of getting away from work for an hour and not worrying about gambling/bets/etc. ill hop on the stair master and knock out a show or two in the morning to get my day started and i usually fall asleep to something that has been DVR'd

i take back my statement about The Killing being the best...I had forgotten about Men of a Certain Age...which i really like these days as well.

cant wait for Breaking Bad, SoA and some others to start back up.
