why are my Pm's disabled?

PM's, ive never even tried to send one on this website and there disabled for me
 
PM's have been disabled for all known CW stiffs.

Man I haven't even stiffed yet and mine are disabled, I hate clairvoyant PMs :banghead:
 
I believe mine have been disabled in anticipation of me trying to recruit members to some new forum.

It took until post #8 and about an hour and a half to get any kind of helpful answer.

There is no plan to turn them on. We would love to have them on but unfortunately with this type of content comes lots of abuse. The only solution would be install the view private message hack, and then what's the point of "private" messages.

granny porn?
forum booking?
heated drunken arguments?

yeah good call, better leave those to the boards.
