I just like to link that thread so I can once again, point out that I won the RR College Bowl contest of 2008. Seriously, for some reason I will never forget that FH thing. Fish head/First half. bwhahaha. Classic rant. You even made me use ANGRY CAPS.

I kick myself every time the question is asked because my Max was 295lb and I'm so pissed I just didn't do nothing but train for just the next week alone and I could have been in the 300 club....I could round up like some would but honest answer is 295 and it kills me inside
