How much is a pizza maker supposed to be making? No degree required and not a position requiring judgment calls. Minimum wage as starting pay is more than enough.
 
Minimum wage in Australia is $15 an hour.

I doubt many make over minimum unless they are in a very tight labor market. Why would an employer pay over min outside of family?

Plus he is american. He chose to obtain citizenship in 1988 and has lived in the states almost twice as long as he has in Canada. If he's Canadian hes making awfully hard to tell.

We don't have the population to sustain a 20+ team league. Look at the CFL. Shit is beyond ghetto.
