I don't disagree there.

Although JFK was a pretty good president IMO.

Sometimes you have to bomb the shit out of people (Truman comes to mind).

Nixon and LBJ were both awful, and I'm not sure that's debatable. I think much depends on what you are handed as well.

There's a pretty good documentary series called The Presidents. It's very left leaning but well produced and I've watched it a few times. Super informative.

I don't completely understand the notion that Obama deserved a Nobel, but perhaps there are things I'm not aware of being considered.
