Depends on the allegations/causes of action. If we're talking about defamation and corresponding truth and freedom of the press alternative defenses I'd guess that discovery would be mostly interrogatories and deps. Requests for production of documents (my area of expertise) are not usually extensive in these cases. That said they would probably litigate each and every RFP and piece of paper responding to each. Not fun.

I don't think I need to take a side in believing something. I just ask that whatever they have that can be shown - to just show it. I'm not sure why this is a difficult concept for people to grasp either, but for whatever reason with everything Trump you're either a bootlicker or have TDS. And since I live in reality, not the version of reality that people say I have to live in, I'm going to stick to what I've been saying for a while now. If there's nothing to the Jeffrey Epstein story then why is someone in prison? What was that bullshit with the GOP influencers coming out of the White House with binders? Trolling their own base? It makes no sense. And it makes less sense that the last administration would have dirt on Trump and not use it. The only logical conclusion that makes sense to me is there are pedos in high ranking positions all over the US government.

And the sad thing is, there is no way we could have anticipated this before he was elected. He always seemed so focused on policy-driven before. 🤷‍♂️
