Exactly - never heard of that particular phrase but it makes complete sense to me since I have witnessed it first hand over and over again.

It's like people can't believe there are at least other opinions/ideas/rational beyond what they hear/believe to be true.

Its pretty close though. For example, a study will show that 55% of dems will watch MSNBC and 43% of Repubs will watch Fox News. That sample size is all about comfort though. A high percentage of Dems watch Fox News cause they want to disagree and bitch about it, and vice versa.

The best part about this for me is I remember when OJ was not guilty blacks were jumping around like apes at the zoo in happiness. Yet, a police officer shoots a criminal as a last resort and they are blocking the freeways when people are trying to get to work, not to mention burning their own town to the ground. They are essentially saying they deserve the right to do whatever they want, which would be fine if they could read the instructions to an SAT test or reach the age of 13 before earning a felony.

Whites killing blacks matter to the media...but blacks killing whites do not.

The throwing of white people into a busy street by a group of blacks in the name of Trayvon will not be covered. Just as the mob beating of elderly whites by multiple blacks. Nor will mass beatings at a McDonalds. Or a white couple burned alive.

The coverage of whites killing blacks is national news.
