Good day in Gator Country.
Kato, Florida remains a very desirable position. Anything could happen but it would be difficult to imagine that Florida will be the doormat of the SEC. We still have talent and we have access to much more talent, naturally it will be dependant on who they get to be the next coach. f
i don't see any prosperity for 3-4 years
3rd maybe fourth in the pecking order in Florida alone (FSU, UCF,Miami (depends on coach), USF)
you are falling behind in the SEC talent race
i would be depressed if i were you
fixed it for ya!!!
SEC was a force to be reckon with before Urban Meyer arrived and will always going to be a force until the end of time.
Urban’s success was in Charlie Strong as defensive cord and Dan Mullins as offensive cord and in the superior talent with guys like Hernandez, Harvin and Tebow to name a few.
the guy made leak look good for fucks sake
This year Urban had fewer playmakers sure but Florida still had playmakers it was on his shoulders to do some real coaching and he failed. How many times did the camera zero in on the sidelines and we saw a complete lost look ok the face of Meyer’s? The look was real because he was and is lost.
cam newton fucked him over, too many injuries as well.
I understand a head coach can not allow outside interference to dictate his coaching philosophies but this entire season we had Pouncey at center and that wasn’t right. We had a revolving door at quarterback and while Spurier when here did the same thing he did it with a purpose, Meyer’s did it totally haphazardly.
his purpose was that your team was either injured or awful
If you watched this season the offensive line didn’t even understand gap assignments and that is something that is taught in Pop Warner, Recievers haven’t been taught how to properly run routes and the scheme of the routes were ridiculous. All these things fall under the direction of the head coach and Urban fell short in all of these areas.
