Many liberals I talk to thinks these are all staged shootings to make Trump's numbers go up. I don't think even the best marksman could have timed that ear shot in conjunction with Trump moving his head at that exact moment. More importantly, I don't think Trump is coordinated enough to move his head at the exact right moment and also agree to *almost* get shot in the head.
