Cocktails are getting popular like craft beer around here and had this with some food and it was actually pretty good. The Japanese will have a highball with soda to start dinner, beer and sushi for me usually but this Japanese single malt is some pretty top notch stuff. Had some with tempura, sashimi and sushi light on the stomach so not bad. damn good actually

You will like Japanese whiskey blitty, I actually dont mind a highball if the whiskey is smooth, drinking the same drink my grandfather drank. lol

I dont know if its like the whole lounge culture revival in japan or just prevalent in hostess clubs but highballs are even sold in cans in Japan.lol The Highball revival
