...for a rookie in a sample size of two starts, with a career minor league 4.15 ERA and 1.40 WHIP. And a team that's 11-14.

Have always known sportsbooks to give the home team the edge regardless of home and away records.

I agree the line may be a bit off public perception-wise, but not by much.
