Wally I have been working 16 hour days for the last 2 weeks, and this will continue until Christmas eve. I have no kids, and at this point dont want any. So when I have down time I like to let loose,

is it really no big deal do some blow and and pop some pills. I draw the line at sticking needles in my arm but everything else is game. I guess I may be the lucky one, that I able to stop when I need to get shit done. But with the New Year's eve approaching I need to stock up on goodies.

Wal, that girls story sucks, and all stories of people with drug addictions are sad on how they affect family members, but there are many people who dabble in stuff, that have their lives in ordr.

Matty, my anti-drug stance has nothing to do with Nancy Regan or any anti-drug teaching. My anti-drug, anti-drinking lifestyle is purely a product of witnessing first hand what it did to those that partook. I'm no poster child for anti-destructive lifestyle Matty, there are plenty of addiction I have dealt with in my life and in some ways still battle. Drugs and alcohol just have never been one of them.

I also took a long break from X, got to where it wasnt the same anymore and everyone was selling BS.
but I'd eat 4 or 5 in a minute if I knew it was MDMA instead of all the other BS

A buddy called me today out of the blue. I havent seen or talked to him in years but he called to see if I had seen his sister. She went to visit him for Thanksgiving and just took off. She left her 4 kids with him. She has had issues with drug addiction since her mid teens, shes now 36. Shes an adult and has the right to do whatever she chooses to do with her life but she is also the mother (biologically at least) of 4 children under the age of 10 whose lives will forever be impacted by her selfish decisions.

I dont judge anyone here for the choices they make but unlike this woman for the most part you guys seem intelligent and well adjusted yet you still battle some of the same demons as her. I just dont understand it.

The war against drugs is a lost cause. There should be a war against having children when you are a fuck up.
