This Guy Loses All The Time

Leo is Brock isn't he? This was a Lander's Rubberband Play this week. Was gonna be my lead out article till I saw Brock on it. Don't believe in jinx's but I don't like being on record siding with Brock either.
 
No Leo is not Brock. As it turns out they were on the same play, initially

Leo had some fishing tournament in Wisconsin today and never put the play in

But forthwith purposes of this thread we will call it a win
