In San Jose the other morning it was 18C at 7 am. I was out walking around in shorts and t shirt and there was people walking to work in parkas and scarfs. I was like WTF. One woman looked at me shaking her head. Couldn't understand the spanish she was saying, but it probably was along the line of "look at that stupid gringo, he doesn't know it's cold out."
