bonds was just "good " 80s /early 90s power like 25-35 hrs when he still used/had elite speed.
Bases being bigger is a good pointBalls are juiced, bases are bigger. Comparison is irrelevant.
They’ve won 9 games in a row.Red Sox have lost 17 games by 1 run. Wouldn’t count them out of a Wild Card spot yet.
I know BA isn't a very good stat anymore, but the NL leader is only .297.I’m not a “PCA” guy but I would argue that pitching is better now than it was for Bonds. League average OPS is lower now than it was for Bonds and I’d attribute most of that to pitching.
by the way... jazz chisolm is an interesting choice for clean up hitter
Yankee fans were very bitter last night after Cal won. They feel very threatened that Cal may win MVP now.Cal Raleigh came within literally an inch from not advancing out of the 1st round of the Home Run Derby. Never seen that before. They went to a tie breaker after he and Rooker tied with 17 HR’s.
It counts for nothing. Not this Yankees fan. Does the HR Derby count for anything?
