Wally, Dayton has always had a huge home court advantage. This is where your adjustment for home court would have probably negated the edge. Not saying that it is a bad play, just a team for future reference that home court advantage looms large.

Mikey, it doesn't matter! What you are saying is that these fans are diehards who pack the house every night! Why does the NCAA always play the play-in tourney game here? Cause they can count on the arena not being empty.

Went to a A-10 tourney doubleheader a few years ago in Atlantic City and Dayton by far had more fans present that any of the 4 teams including local Philly team LaSalle! Not a lot to do in Dayton I figure?

:up:One of the reasons I live in Miami now.

They have a strong alumni base in the area that has always supported the basketball team. They have always packed the house. Great atmosphere to watch a college basketball game.

No Muddy. It ended up just being money. I was mad when I first started this and I wanted to humilate Durito. It was wrong and glad it turned out differently now. If I should win I don't want to humilate anyone. I wouldn't even talk smack.

Matty, if I pull this off we can do just that. I don’t want to headbutt you though. I have grown to non-homo love ya like a brother Matty. A must repeat several times everything you say cause I can’t understand the words coming out of your mouth due to the accent arrogant brother but a brother all the same. We can go hang with Bread though and share some good times.
 
Wally, a coin flipper is likely to lose 20 units in 400 games betting into a 20c line. So you're still looking at ending up -12 on avg.
Unless your secret recipe beats coin flipping you're still a dog.
If you stick with it through 500 games win or lose that will be a good accomplishment in and of itself.

I mean how many touts do you see boasting 500 game records? Not too many

Not that anybody cares anymore but me, Dayton's record is 76-8 at home in the last five seasons. So they are 158-28 (85%) at home in last 10 years. The line has already climbed up to 2.5 / 3.
