One of the many differences between then and now is I was living downtown and didn't own a car, I would walk for miles during the week.

Nowadays I always drive and have let some horrible habits get out of hand - I could get back to 250 in a few months but have other issues to deal with.

I also don't eat as well as I used to, depression may have something to do with it.

At one time I was 205, then 220, 235, etc, was at 250 from the time I was 35 to about 40, have really balloned up these last few years.
