Stress-Based Insomnia Sucks

Not much to do on these late nights, but every time I get in bed to try and sleep, I just toss and turn and stress out about everything.

Not sleeping much at all these days.

Anytime I'm up at these hours (on a weekend) you can be guaranteed it's alcohol/drug induced.

I havent fell asleep be4 5am in 2 weeks im the same way dave. Really stressed out over my future, work,etc....

One of the very few primal, basic enjoyments we have...actually all of them! Food. Drink. Sex. All bad for you (if you do it right, at least)

Dave, not sure if you have any health insurance or not but you should try to get some sleep medication I recommend ambien that would do the trick for me on those stressful nights. Just take it all one day at a time man.. I average about 2-3 hours a night unless I am heavily medicated which hasn't been for a few weeks now... the good thing is you get to witness the married with children reruns and other misc late night tv shit that others miss on a regular basis!

Yeah, I have to admit that I'm posturing myself at this point to hopefully be a player in what could very well become an overnight industry in California, should voters choose to legalize marijuana in this year's election. Right now the measure looks to have enough early support to pass easily, and when it does, there will instantly be a scramble to divy up the supply-side of the market. It's too much for one person though, I'd love to have some people to collaborate with along the way and share the prosperity.

I feel you and completely understand, but as a human you gotta learn how to deal/cope with stress. Whats done is done and there is nothing you can do about it so stop worrying about that. What is to come is to come and there is nothing you can do, but prepare for it. Worry about the now, or just go jump out of a plane and wake the fuck up in life. You'll realize real quick, when you save your own life, that it is way to short to shit around worrying. Deep Breathes.

Dude, get yourself a Vapir, it's just as effective as the Volcano, but it's vapor-on-demand (no bags, just press a button and put your mouth over the nozzle, the ceramic element inside heats the weed instantly and you just inhale) and it's portable to the point that they sell a cigarette lighter adapter for it so you can vaporize behind the wheel. It's worth every penny you pay for it, and I think it's far more economical with the herb than the Volcano.
