No thermostat is hard to install...you just have to make sure 5 wire is ran to your thermostat location instead of 4 wire.

goes missing for weeks at a time.

was supposed to be working 3-4 weeks ago, according to his prognostication over 6 weeks ago when he took measurements for the 2nd time.

finally heard from him today, he is still working on the permit.

i'm getting close to having father in law do it all and just grease the city inspectors a few G's

I mean I could work side by side with any plumber. But I aint a plumber.. I dont know all the Chicago codes.

Thinking that you can buy your way around things that arent up to code when its all said and done seems like a gamble.

Its your deal..but I personally would have guys that specalize in their given trade.

I dont go on any jobs and see one guy or crew doing both systems.
