Heading to Wilmington tommrow to start a 2 system duct job ...air handler in the attic for the srcond floor...traditional furnace for the first floor....no ducts in house presently.(bolier existing)New electric to 2 brand new ac's...water heater.


That electrician knows the deal..


The order is plumber,tinner,sparky.


Has been that way in residential construction forever.

did i tell you the what was wrong with my ac plug in and shit from a few weeks ago? well, turns out, the people, who installed my pergola and fans, decided to wire the fans to the furnace line/outlet somewhere... during the storm, the fans shorted and fucked up all that was connected...that breaker was wrongly labeled as kitchen instead of furnace...not real sure what the thing is thats labeled Furnace is now ... anyways, the electrician unwired the fans and then we were able to trip the breaker back

gotta get new fans and have them wired to somewhere else...hassle
