the scar stays... going in at the areola is recommended for darker skinned people/tan easy etc and usually delays feeling back to the nipples...the scar is really less noticeable though ... the pit scar is obviously more noticeable(about an inch long) ...i mean if you are really into checking out womans pits... and the Under the breast scar is brutal... i have no idea why anyone would ever get a job there...

Yeah a girl I know wanted a breast lift and I saw pictures of the aftermath - that's some serious scarring. I guess unless you are raising your arms a lot, the pit isn't such a bad idea.
