yes I'll take my chances and call that an improvement. Why should artists try to fit in with some national trends and cultures? We already have enough popular music to last a thousand years. In fact most new music sounds cliche or uninspired. You want something better, write it yourself. : it's not that hard. It's the business end that ruins good things. If you are reliant on the state to care for you then you shouldn't be allowed to reproduce. If you are self sustaining you should be allowed a single offspring.

A solution to what? Perhaps we can educate those in power, those that make the rules, on the evils of exploitation.
