It's definitely mind-blowing. A group of my friends are power posting on FB organising people to get to Oslo to try to help out the families somehow. Norwegians aren't good at emotional stuff and expressing their feelings unless they're seriously cranked so there's a big concern that families and other upset randoms are going to do some drastic things now. Unreal that this fucking piece of shit targeted kids just because of the political affiliation of the camp. Half of them probably just wanted to go away for a fun break with their mates, regardless of who was running the damn thing.
