I ended up going out and helped him (little effort) get his mower out (brand new) and start it up (little effort). I gave him tips on how to mow his lawn/ I still think he's lost and clueless. Imagine him trying to shovel 3'-4' of snow in the winter. This is what I deal with.

my front yard is a wee bit bigger, but well maintained. My backyard is much bigger than his, but it takes me no time to do my lawn. I look at it as a nice little workout. Fucker is lazy.

And no I don't live on a farm. My summer home is more like a farm.

And yes they are the only neighbour in the entire hood (minus 1 other 2 streets over) who has a fence in their front yard. They're fucked in the head.

Matty, you re not completely incorrect. Uslesser is a nonstandard alternative to more useless, and not often used. More useless would be the proper form of speech.

The word stupid, for example, can be said either way, more stupid, or stupider.

The word Ugly, for example, isn't usually found as "more ugly" but normally "uglier" or "ugliest"

Sometimes, it is a matter of what sounds better, but there are some grammatical rules/guidelines pertaining to using "more" as opposed to "er".
