This thread makes me appreciate this building where I live. No kids, very little noise. No one complains about my singing and bashing away at the piano (which I only do at respectful hours anyway).

I don't see anything wrong with that. They aren't violating any laws. Making noise after 10pm is something I used to pay upwards of $1,000 in fines for doing so don't come to me for sympathy when you're blaring music.

i'ts really annoying. there is a huge grass area but they always play righ in front of my building. SCREAMING. I mean really like "AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH" screaming. and he older ones are out there talking shit to each other and cussing to sound cool. I'm so sick of it. I don't want kids right now. And I don't want to be forced on a daily basis to listen to other people's little shits.

I got it good here - my neighbors play the harp and the violin. It's an old house so we can hear them pretty good, but it just happens to be mellow, soothing music. Had to ask the harp player to play louder actually.
