yea not gonna be able to do that remotely, thanks though.
See where you’ve been.
If you’re not happy with the changes you made, the Revert feature returns your document to the state it was in when you last opened it. So you can experiment freely, knowing you can always start again from the top.
Versions
See every step you took.
It’s only natural that a document goes through many changes as it’s being created. OS X Lion automatically creates a new version of a document each time you open it and every hour while you’re working on it. You can also create snapshots of a document manually whenever you like. With an interface similar to that of Time Machine, Versions shows you the current document next to a cascade of previous versions.
Compare, copy, and share.
Click the timeline to see how your work looked at any given time in previous versions. Click a version to see it in its entirety. Copy and paste between versions or revert to an earlier version of the document. And when you share a document with someone, you share only the most recent copy, not all the hard work it took to get there.
Yeah. That's what I was thinking. It would probably take you longer trying to recover it than simply recreating it.

Hmm. That's a DVD though. You'd probably have to burn it first.![]()
There is a way to have backups in Word as well. Go to Word Options/Advanced/Save and check Always create backup copy...
i just did that for her.
damn computer is in spanish or itd be easier.
Umm no?
It takes me 3 clicks and saves me 15 minutes of burning to use a DVD once...
