We went back to the same restaurant for dinner, Razdora. Incredible meal and experience once again. You ask the guy one question about him or his menu and he tells you the entire backstory of the foodstuff or life experience. He learned French while working the kitchen of a 2-star Michelin restaurant in fucking Norway.
I'm going to write a glowing review for it on the flight back home. The chef is a superstar - Matteo Monti. Guy is super passionate about food and about entertaining his guests. I admire his drive.
