i started winning ever since i paid for razor's plays

so... 10ish days without booze now. i havent changed my diet or exercise routine significantly.

past 3 blood pressure readings are as follows: (all taken within the last 28 hours or so.)
129/86 (yesterday morning)
119/75 (yesterday afternoon)
122/68 (a few hours ago)

the flight surgeon officially no longer considers me hypertensive or even prehypertensive. no medication or anything will be needed. he looked at my EKG and said everything was normal except for bradycardia (heart rate <60; normal for endurance athletes).

so it looks like i was right. it was the booze. and now that im golden for another year, its time to jump back on the wagon uke:
