my maternal grandfather died of a heart attack when he was like 40, so maybe this whole thing could just be hereditary. im sure the booze is raising it at least 10 mmHg though (particularly the systolic pressure)

thanks pavy. my diet is actually pretty decent, i rarely consume too much sodium. i exercise quite a bit and am actually a pretty fast distance runner. im 99.82347% sure the booze is the problem here

I go through the W/Ds also after long nights of drinking, usually last about a day if I dont take a benzo
I take a valium in the morning to get my insides calmed down after a binge..
valium is prescribed for alcohol W/Ds so why not

yeah its not obtaining them without a prescription thats the problem, it would be getting caught with/on them. trust me, if i could have gotten away with popping a xanax and then getting my blood pressure taken when its 30 mmHg lower for my physical, we wouldnt be having this discussion
