Afraid I get a DQ - my physiotherapist has banned me from doing any upper body exercise other than those of her program to fix my frozen shoulder. I probably injured myself when I was trying to do chin-ups at 240lbs.

Stupid American urgent care intern wouldn’t even give me stitches cause I waited 18 hours instead of 12 after injury.
 
With direct billing too. Got a couple grand worth to play with. Going back Thursday and twice next week.

I had a dislocated shoulder from hockey couple years ago. I was feeling a little weird there after my pushups the other day.
Still on 32, was busy anyways, will try some tomorrow
