Month 2 of formal budgeting was startlingly successful.

Came in under budget. Actually had like $130 of unexpected income - but even without that, I was under.

We gabbed about the theoretical challenge of living on under 10 bucks a day for groceries - which I failed to do the first month coming in around $350.

Only $248 and change spent on groceries during month 2. Well under the magic $300 mark.

I'm still in serious trouble if a major unforeseen expense comes up like a car breakdown or whatever.

But whatever - noice werk.
 
I saw a great price on a great big thing of mustard - so I went for it.

But here's the catch and perhaps you are already anticipating: it's not a squeeze thing. It's just a big bucket.

Gotta spread it, like, with an implement of some sort.

I understood that when I put it in my handbasket - it was a calculated decision - but now that I have it home and it has made it to the front of the rotation, I dunno.

Squeezable mustard is pretty important to my lifestyle.
 
Just got home from the No Frills store.

I bought a squeezable mustard.

Good price. Not as good as the mustard bucket - not nearly that good - but good. My vision is I will use it and when it is done, give it a warsh and fill it up from the bulk mustard. Keep doing that.

This is the price you pay when you are serious about your budgeting.

Shit. Guess I'll need a funnel now.

Was at Walmart this morning. I'm doing the self checkout and this employee is watching me scan every item then says "are you making out ok?". Bitch forgot or never knew the whole point of SELF check out. At SELF check out we let you know if we need you, bitch.

Fucking nosy bitch.

Why don't the hot ones do this shit?
