That last paragraph is an interesting one. There are no more cartels operating out of Colombia. All that is left is small mafia groups no different than any other country. The Zetas are taking a similar role. While Chapo's Sinaloa Cartel is a pure narco cartel, the Zetas are taking the role of mafias with extortion's, kidnappings, heists, etc. US pez consumption has decreased 39% over the last 4 years.
