Brett Cecil is hinting he could be back if the Jays make it to the World Series.

Huge loss, that guy - and a huge shot in the arm if that actually happened.

The countdown is on.

Last time the Jays faced the Royal -----> BAD BLOOD!

Here are my thoughts, strategy-wise:

KC has an excellent bullpen. The Jays bullpen is quite good a lot of the time, but it has to be conceded, KC's is better.

So what we need to do is clobber the starters. Basically bombard them with like 10 runs in the first 3 innings of every game.

I feel like that could help with winning.

:mrx:

I just wonder which series will get more attention in the US.

Canada-based team versus Kansas City

or New York versus the Cubs

I wonder what Marco Estrada will go for. Could maybe get him for 8-9 million per for like 3 years.

Guy looks to be on his shit again tonight.

I wonder what kind of free agent deal he will fetch. That price tag goes up all the time.

True, still plenty of time.

I got my groceries btw.

Hey man, when I said what I said that shit got said.

By me.

You know what might be an idea? If you're mlb.com ----> have the correct time for MLB games.

Out my window, I see it is hailing right now.

I realize today's game is not here but big picture - prolly a good thing we got that dome.

Gibbons :mudcat:

I guess he had to leave Price in there though, as they do not have left handers at the moment.

Ugh.

But hopefully we battle back at home.

Back to the knuckleball then.

Here's the thing though as we are frequently reminded: if you don't count the games where he didn't pitch well, his numbers are actually very good.

lololol, exactly

I hate knuckleballers. Especially when they're older than me.
