yeah a good bun like that has to be a priority when lots of toppings are involved.

Tried Backyard Burger's hot dog offering yesterday, not recommended.

You guys don't want ketchup on them but put 10 other toppings on instead.

Cucumbers on hot dogs? You couldn't even get that option on a Dodger Dog.

Their is one place I go that's puts cucumbers on. I wouldn't order them that way, but for the most part I'm one of those give it to me how you make it type of guy. It's a respect factor for the illegal Mexican putting it together.

I often give the immigrant making food the nod of respect if I make eye contact at Mexican or Greek fast food place. I know they are working hard. It's feels right.

If pacos boss tells him cucumbers go on the hotdog, I'm gonna let paco do his job.

But the line in sand is drawn at the bottle of ketchup. If paco was to reach for the bottle i would yell "EY"

Our eyes would lock and i would shake my head no. As the bottle landed on the counter"hopefully a stainless steel counter"
I would give another nod of respect.

Well yeah they're just trying to do their jobs and support their families, you have to respect that.

Yes I do...but what I respect is the way they do their job.

A Mexican could make 5 dogs and bag them before a black man could get the buns out of the steamer.
