Horse Racing Tip Of The Day

My reasoning for printing 0-0-0 was to show no wins, no places, or no shows. My betting pattern is across the board

Aqueduct Race 8 #2: Spa City Fever

At 5-1 ML odds, this horse paced well his last race only to fall to 5th against a tough field. Today he runs against a horse in "Driven By Success" that is a tough sprinter but gets added distance. With Driven being the odds on favorite, I feel if Spa can be reigned in a bit and save some of his energy, Spa City Fever can sneak in for the win.

0-0-1 (-$8.80)

Looking like a nice Friday evening to stay home, drink beer and watch horse racing. Salud boys!

What's the the docket for tonight

Santa Anita 4pm

Penn Natty 5pm

Turfway 5:30pm

Fairgrounds 6pm

Delta 7pm

Chuck Town 7:15

Sam Houston 8pm

Aqueduct canceled due to inclimate weather. Damn East Coast..lol.

Tampa Bay Downs Race 1:

Horse 8: See U At The Top

Horse ran second in a higher class last time out. Drops down in class at a decent ML price of 9/2. With no standout horse in this race, the pool prices should be decent across the board.

0-0-1 ($-8.80)

I have a hard time believing you're gonna show a winning record by betting so many heavy favorites.

Focker, he isn't a heavy favorite..lol. 9/2 ain't a heavy favorite in a field of horses where the ML of the favorite is 4-1. I actually HATE betting favorites.

Well, you sure aren't betting longshots.

good idea for a thread imo.

Focker, I just look for one play a day here that has SOME value. When I am at the casino/sportsbook, I tend to play horses that go off at 8-1 to 10-1. Whatever my numbers tell me at that time, i play.

Aqueduct Race 2:
#2 This Hard Land

My favorite new girl, Maylan Studart is riding a 5/1 ML and my feelings for this race are solely based on talking to her on Facebook and how her rides have gotten better over the last 2 months. She rode this horse 3 weeks ago as a longshot to a place victory and this group of horses seems more apt to be taken down by this horse and tremendous future jockey.

Fiver, do you ever hang out (bet the races) at Bigliardi's on Church St?
They have a teletheatre.

I used to be a regular there when I lived on Carlton St.

I saw Lou Piniella there more than a few times when his team was in town to face the Jays.

I went there once, only to make a deposit. It closed a long time ago. It was closed when I moved to the village two years ago.

Horse came in 3rd. Payed $3.80 to show.
