Where am I going to go to buy my VHS and cassette tapes once Ed's closes? But seriously, I guess since there is so much resistance to the building of the Walmart just down the street (closer to Kensington Mkt) that they may end up building it on that corner instead.

I agree with fiveteamer here. The place has been an eyesore for years now. I was just biking by there last week and I noticed how much the retail landscape has changed on that strip of Bloor. I guess I will have to make one more trip to Ed's before it is gone.

What did it use to be like?
