Ticket prices fluctuated from $500-$750 throughout the day, so the market remained strong.
 
Ticket Brokers got paid. A free market for tickets makes events cheaper FW.

It was empty looking cause it was a corporate crowd. They're all watching the game on tv underneath the stands.

It amazes me. You lost in seven games and it has to be a total rehaul, wtf. Dude, seven games, that's close. I know SJ is diferent because they do it every year. But dude Pit, others. Seven games - not like you finished 10 points out of the playoffs.
 
Pittsburgh is overreacting for sure. San Jose's situation is hard to explain. Thornton's numbers in the playoffs are not nearly as bad as one might think - 100 points in 132 games. It's not quite his regular-season pace but it's close, and it's obviously way above average.

If Boston does that deal they certainly would want more than Marleau coming back for a young player, who is a douchebag, but a pretty good little player.
