Almost 4 years. That store is John Varvatos, and also near me. They kept a lot of the original interior. Cool clothes but expensive.

I almost bought a Varvatos leather jacket in Vegas last year. It was $2400. I just couldn't rationalize the expense, but it was the coolest jacket I've ever seen.
