I am going to enjoy my 2nd day off in the last 16 days.... It's a beautiful day and it is time for some serious R and R.

There is a whole grain fed chicken in the fridge. I'm making chicken tacos for dinner... Charcoal roasted chicken, pico de galla and fresh (bought) corn tortillas. If I was a hipster I would instagram you a photo of it, but I'm not, so I probably won't.

People keep launching fireworks in the park next to our building. They don't even reach up to our floor.
 
so this is the Canadian version of July 4th? feeling kinda haty?
 
Those are some adorable fireworks.
