It's Not lemongrass. I may stroll up to an asian market later and look around. I actually tried to google it and could still not find it. (I have a Lemongrass plant)

Some creative guessing here...

Its actually called colocasia/taro stems or in viet doc mung (meaning elephant ear).

Is delicious with stir fries, chicken and in soups.

Try some, its delicious

I need something to judge scale. I'm assuming it's the size of a regular tomato and not a blueberry.
