They are the working class fans. They despise the Cubs and their fans. It's similar to Giants-Jets fans. Very few Sox fans wanted the Cubs to win.

Nah. I remember that night so vividly. It's a long story, but what mattered to me most was the fact that my grandfather who was 95 got to see it. He lived his entire life as Cubs fan with no World Series and was the reason I was a Cubs fan (not my parents who didn't really care about sports).

So yeah, it was amazing.

And not only that, but maybe the best World Series ever. It's in the top 3 for sure.

I also got a lot of pleasure out of reading all the posts in this thread. People think TDS is bad lol CDS is way worse.
