Far to serious around here these days so I'm gonna propose a contest. I'm going to put up all the prizes ($110 value) so all you gotta do is throw darts and post picks before first pitch.
Eligible Players - active Gamelive posters (and legacy good people). I decide and im not gonna bet $50 for some douche who doesnt participate here and is just looking for a free roll.
Eligible Plays - pre-game sides, totals, and +/-1.5 run lines. Any number of non directly opposing plays per game (that'd be 3). Posting ML on one team and RL on another is fine but no ML/ML etc. to get the required # of plays allowed. Post book and price. Anyone caught monkeying with lines or trying to past post is out.
Grading - grade your own plays. Anyone caught intentionally inflating their tally is out.
Required # of Plays - 28. Thats at least one play per game for each required game (8 WC games min, 12 DS games min, 8 CS games min). The constest will end with the last CS game due to the payment of the...
Prizes - $50 bet for the winner, $35 bet for 2nd and $15 bet for 3rd. RJ automatically wins 4th and gets a $10 bet (+ whatever he wins from the contest). All prizes paid in the form of an exact outcome bet on the world series (and then stake + winnings should that bet win). I only have access to a few books, ill do my best on the line.
This is supposed to be fun, I reserve the right to enforce whatever arbitrary or facist rules I want for any reason whatsoever. Hopefully the prizes aren't so low that we get no participation. Obviously, bragging rights might be worth it alone.
