Pucky, Puuuucky, you're looking at it all wrong. You fly under the radar Pucky. The Canadian roster here is filled with flamboyant personalities.

You have Matty who made his mark on the entire forum when he so eagerly posted what some believed to be a non-altered TP Roll pic. He also has become quite the traveler since becoming involved with the shy former roommate Loren. When you add in his timely wit, his obscure but humorous views on practically everything he makes an impact.

Also there is Plommer. While Plom's is definitely an acquired tatse he does bring much to the table. He is remarkably knowledgeable in computers, he is somewhat of a connoisseur when it comes to women that most men steer away from but under the right circumstances would secretly do. Plus he's all about angles and is the go to guy if you're looking to draw views. He's not ashamed to to go to any length. He's funny to boot.

What Canadian roster would be complete without MudCat. The guy is maybe the most intriguing poster Canadian or otherwise. He is a wealth of information, a seemingly endless amount of musical talent, a vocabulary, oh man does he ever have a vocabulary. Plus rumor has it that he was once the most glorious of all forum mods.

Pucky, these are all magnanimous personalities and you, Pucky you are like me, salt of the earth normal everyday regular Joe's. Pucky guys like us impact lives without ever being noticed. Pucky, I've not purposely disrespected you.

Pucky, you could be onto something here! Radio talk guy in Philly who hockey is his #1 sport made announcement early last night this is what his source told him will happen by say Friday-Sat!

He stated that the team camps will open with practice on Sat 12/15 and after 8-10 days of practice the season will open on Christmas day without any exhibition games! A 60 game schedule will be played cause he stated that is the minimum that must be had or else NHL sponsors have the right to opt out of their contract if less is played!

Hopefully works out and shorter season is always exciting IMO with more games bunched together and not waiting forever till the playoffs start since only making the playoffs is the requirement in having a decent shot at winning the Stanley Cup!

Mr. m. I enjoyed the NBA season more last year than in the past because the games were so close together. Not sure how that translates in hockey with the physicality of the sport. Glad you guys are getting your sport back.

MCB, that host comes back on last night and says his source said everything blew up late Wed night! Once Bettman and Fehr got involved again it turned personal between those 2 Aholes! Source said not a "sure thing" now but still thinks it will get done (it better cause drop dead date is close) and now says season starts 1/1/13 and deal done by next week!
