I found that fucking book in India and read it. Crazy story. I enjoyed the book.

But, here's the thing:

WHAT THE FUCK IS UP WITH THE TITLE?!? You read a book with an intriguing title like that and you expect an explanation. Nothing, nada, zip. That's a dirty fucking trick.

I remain angry with the author.

It was not. In the epilogue it says that the title was inspired by some guy. No explanation beyond that.
