For the first time in a really long time.......

I went and got a much needed massage today.

My neck and shoulders (actually my whole upper body) has been REALLY achy lately.

So there's this Institute of Massage Therapy or something close by. Got a 50 min massage for $43.

Man, I feel A LOT better. I don't know how long I'll feel good but what a relief.

I'm pretty sure the POS $800 Sealy Posture Pedic mattress I sleep on is the root of my issues.




Whenever I get a massage I always say, "man, I need to do this once or twice a month" but I never do.



And no Plommer, I did not get a happy ending nor was one offered.
