You know I love ya, but that's fucked up House. Maybe he was a tourist. I think you have to pass a citizenship test, but don't know that said test requires speaking the English language. I could be wrong...in any case, you should be helping someone who needs help, regardless of their command of any particular language. You are better than this.

I'd be more likely to help someone who doesn't speak English. It's very unpleasant being in a tough spot where you don't speak the language. I'd feel bad for the guy.

More importantly, I wouldn't have to worry about a bunch of inane small talk.
