this is gonna be a thread for talking about what you are having and or doing for lunch.........
ALSO
while you type or read in this thread........ TAKE THE TIME TO EXERCISE YOUR KG MUSCLES...
just squeeze the muscle that makes you stop your urinary stream.... like for instance say you drank 12 beers and also had some heroin....
then you realize that you should piss before your bladder explodes (thanks for the example muddy)
well say you are pissing, and then all the sudden a Nun carrying a rabid badger walked right behind you...
the Kegal muscles are the ones you would utilize to stop pissing, so you could punch the nun and kick the badger and run, whilst keeping your under-roos pee free.
strong Kegal muscles give you rock hard boners that you can hang dumbells from and wreck cervix's with... also you shoot super far... pretty cool stuff..
ok i'm done, i'm having corn, sunflower seeds, cucumber, and brown rice for lunch...
