My wife run the Disney Princess half marathon a couple years ago in Orlando. It's very hard on your feet and knees. I recommend the Asics Gel Kayano 18 for running the race. If you use any cheap running shoes you will kill your feet and knees.

No, I had a fever and I couldn't stop coughing. I spent the day on the couch covered in blankets. I tried unpacking later in the evening and ended up back on the couch after overheating (in 50 degree weather).

My wife has that. Did you find out what is it?

Don't have a special mug since I don't drink coffee at home only when I am out. I did start a habit as a kid that has carried over into adulthood and approaches senior citizenship of keeping a glass in the freezer. Use it, rinse it and back in the freezer it goes. The glass in the freezer is mine and nobody else touches it.
